使用方法1：安装DAZ Studio软件，直接将Content下的文件复制DAZ的资源库My DAZ 3D Library里面，安装完后(重启软件)可直接在Content Library里面调用！模型都可以输出为Maya等其他软件使用格式！

This newly renovated suite gives your characters a generous 1000 square feet of living space close to all the energy and amenities of downtown. The 16′ x 30′ foot living room opens into a spacious open-concept kitchen with all the expected amenities. The intercom on the wall is a throw back to a previous era but still functions… in theory.
Since nobody’s coming over, no one bothered to clean up yet, but don’t worry — there will be time to make the bed later. This authentic lived-in look has pots and utensil out on the counters perhaps in the middle of preparing dinner. The kettles, pasta pots, sauce pans, lid, dish rack, wash cloths, wine glasses, tumblers, wine bottle, flat plates, cutting boards, scoop, glass jars and wooden spoons are all individual props and are included in the scene files. And just in case, the wall clock can be set/changed to whatever time you need.

Notes and advanced uses:
There is a separate one click preload scene subset for each of the Iray and 3Delight render engines of Daz Studio.
The living room has a couple couches and wall hung TV monitor with remote. Being an avid reader, there are various paperbacks and novels scattered on the side tables and hutches. The art on the wall is also included, but the art image files are lower resolution place holder acceptable as backgrounds but are expected to be replaced by the customer.
The dining room area seats six comfortably, and the three strand lights from the ceiling provide some additional light for the dinner plates and place settings.
The bedroom has a large queen size bed with a couple of nights stands on either side plus night lights, as well as a vintage clock radio. The lounge chair is big and comfy and designed to hold laundry, and situated in front of the second wall mounted bedroom TV. The vertical blinds on the sliding doors have an expand morph to move them across the opening.
There is also a yoga mat and some dumb-bells for exercising purposes. Need to keep in shape if your going to be tanning out on the balcony lounge chairs.
The scene files include all the interior light included as well as balanced ambient light emitters used in the promos. Just add you character and the pre-lit scene will deliver high quality renders.
The One Bedroom Downtown Condo Apartment comes with an access hallway that extends outside the door of the unit. There are entrance doors for three other units with corresponding apartment numbers and hallway lighting. There are camera angles included out there as well to help you tell your story. The hallway has sconce lights on the walls and includes additional ambient lights to give a well balance light setup right out of the box.
The sliding doors open and close. The condo entrance door, the bathroom door and the bedroom door all open and close on hinges. The closet mirrored doors have morphs to slide from side to side and beyond them the closet also has a storage shelves assembly and some empty hangers, and hangers with some low poly clothing to fill the background.
The classic 3 piece bathroom with a toilet, vanity sink and tub/shower has plenty of space with a 48 square foot floor. The vents on the walls are designed to remove excess moisture from the air. The faucets turn if necessary and the pictures on the wall can easily be replaced with your own images. The lid on the toilet lifts up and down and the flush handle on the toilet levers as expected.
